As a coaching business, our programs consist of classes that are scheduled over a predetermined period, and payment must be made in advance. We do not provide individual classes or a "pay as you go" option.
As a result, we are unable to provide refunds for absences resulting from reasons such as a child's illness or a vacation.
However, if there is a more serious issue, such as a long-term illness or injury, or special circumstances, we will do our best to assist you by suspending or terminating the program and refunding the unused portion.
Please be aware that we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations of this nature.
Cancellation of a Session:
We only cancel sessions under extreme circumstances, such as hazardous conditions. If a session is canceled, we will reschedule it, but we cannot refund or credit the session if you are unable to attend.
If the session cannot be rescheduled, we will issue a credit for use on your next booking.
Amendments/Errors to Bookings:
Our online booking system (Class4kids) does not permit parents to modify or cancel a booking made in error. To make any adjustments or cancellations to a booking, kindly email us at admin@upskillfootballcoaching.co.uk
